Q: I want my bouquet to look like one you've previously made?
→ Our team of Flower Fairies will craft each order to represent the colour palette and essence of the product displayed, however, exact flower varieties and composition will vary due to both seasonal and daily floral availability. Each design is bespoke and made to order, and will possess its own unique flair.
Q: Can I order a custom bouquet?
→ Of course! Contact us and we can create something wonderful to suit your specific needs.
Q: Where do you deliver?
Q: What if the recipient is not home when you deliver?
→ Our drivers will attempt to deliver the flowers to the intended recipient. If they are unavailable, we will leave the flowers at, or near, the door of the address provided, and send a text to the recipient letting them know the flowers are there. If it appears unsafe to leave the flowers there, we will contact the sender and or recipient to re-arrange delivery. In the instance a redelivery needs to occur there will be an additional MINIMUM charge of $15 per re-delivery. Either the sender or the recipient will be required to pay this amount to Esme Fleur before the redelivery will occur. Please help us by ensuring someone will be available to collect the flowers, the address you have provided is correct, or it is a safe delivery address. We want the beautiful flowers you have bought to be delivered as intended.
Q: Can I walk-in and choose a bouquet at the studio?
→ We are located in a floral creative studio, not a retail space, so unfortunately walk-ins are not possible. We also purchase enough flowers for each order so there is no wastage. However we do offer same-day delivery/pick-up if your order is placed before 11am – see Pickup from the Chermside Studio for more information.
Q: Can I pick up my order from the Chermside Studio?
→ You are most welcome to collect your order from our Chermside studio, but please call us on 0446 268 456 to arrange it!
Q: Can I request a delivery for a certain time?
→ Orders placed will arrive on their date between 11am and 6pm. If you need your order delivered by a certain time please call us on 0466 268 456 to discuss. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Q: My order is going to a business/hospital/aged care/school/funeral, how does it work?
→ For business, hospital, aged care, school and funeral addresses, we will attempt to deliver to the specified details provided. It is however common that the flowers will be delivered to the front desk or reception and directed to the recipient from there. We are happy to deliver but cannot take responsibility if they do not collect or are not delivered from there.
Q: Can I order in advance for a particular day?
→ We offer our customers the ability to order our beautiful bouquets, gifts and plants in advance, to be delivered on the day of your choosing. Simply place an order online or give us a call on 0466 268 456, and make sure to select the day you wish to send the order.
Q: Do you design wedding/event flowers?
→ Yes we do! We absolutely love creating dreamy florals for refined events and weddings. We’d love to hear about your special day, get in contact here.
Q: Do you offer floral subscriptions?
→ Yes we do! We offer Esme Fleur Floral Subscriptions which includes gorgeous seasonal arrangements that are delivered weekly to your designated address. It is a perfect option for flower lovers that want fresh flowers always in their home, a very special gift, for a loved one in hospital or someone who needs a lift-me-up each week! For offices, retail stores & businesses, weekly beautiful florals level up your space, “wow” your clients & add that extra touch of luxury. If you would like to organise a customised floral subscription plan for additional weeks & budgets, we are super happy to accommodate that.
