Why Melbourne Bushfood choccies?

Look, we’re not cadbury. We hand make all of our bars, syrups and products in Melbourne with some amazing native flavours. Pair perfectly with Melbourne Bushfood’s Native Chai.

All of our cocoa and native ingredients are ethical which we verify every 3 months on our Transparency Report.

Plastic Free Packaging – inner ‘plastic’ is made using biodegradable film derived from corn. Made in Melbourne, by hand, in small batches.

71% - Lemon Myrtle Dark Chocolate
Lemon Myrtle/. Backhousia citriodora

Finely milled Lemon Myrtle blended with Ecuadorian 71% dark chocolate for a delicate, floral flavour and a loud citrus finish.

Ingredients: Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Lemon Myrtle powder (min 2%), natural vanilla flavouring. (75g)

80% - Davidson Plum Dark Chocolate
Davidson Plum/. Davidsonia pruriens

Mixing Single Origin Chocolate (Uganda) with a contrasting flavour of Davidson Plum comes a special blend that highlights the tropical regions of Australia. Deep aromas of tart astringency blended with a rich fruity chocolate, it's a match made in heaven maybe shared with a glass of wine or a loving partner.

Ingredients: Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Davidson Plum, natural vanilla flavouring. (75g)

Wattleseed Crunch Milk Chocolate 
Wattleseed/. A. longifolia + A. victoriae

Australia is home to hundreds of Acacia (Wattle) species, and featured on this exquisite bar are two of our favourites. Mixing both Acacia Victoriae for its nutty, coffee like sweetness and Acacia Longifolia with strong popcorn undernotes, they are skilfully blended with Cacao Trace Milk Chocolate for a creamy and wild finish.

Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Acacia Longifolia, Acacia Victoriae, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin E322)*, natural vanilla flavouring. (75g) *This is a naturally occurring stabilizer from Soy Bean oil.

Salted Macadamia Caramel Chocolate

Combining the intense flavours of Caramel and Macadamia, this tablet is truly addictive. Infused with Murray Basin Salt Flakes to enhance the rich creamy texture of caramel chocolate, it’s a delicious rich bar which signifies only the best of native ingredients.

Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Skimmed Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Caramel Powder, Macadamia, Salt, Whey Protein, Lactose, Emulsifier (E22 - Soy)*, Flavouring: caramel, natural vanilla. (75g)
*This is a naturally occurring stabilizer from Soy Bean oil.
