East meets South in this exotic blend of traditional spices with native Australian ingredients. Bound together by organically grown Assam Tea to create a complex and sweet flavour. Experience the explosive flavours of Wattleseed and Pepperberry.

A nutty, hazelnut spice blended in with a spicy heat from dried Tasmanian Pepperberries. Best enjoyed with a teaspoon of honey for sweetness and milk for a creamy, spicy chai. Made in Melbourne, blended by hand.

Ingredients: Assam Tea*, Spices, Wattleseed*, Pepperberry*, Aniseed Myrtle* (90g)

Preparation:
Per Glass:

1 teaspoons of Wattleseed & Pepperberry Chai Tea

1 teaspoon of sugar 1 1/2 cups of milk

Boil 1 1/2 cup of milk with Wattleseed & Pepperberry Chai Tea and Sugar for 5 minutes Using a strainer, pour the mixture and milk into a glass.

Sprinkle lightly with Wattleseed and enjoy.
