1. I want my bouquet to look like one you’ve previously made?

Our team of florists will craft each order to represent the colour palette and essence of the product displayed, however, exact flower varieties and composition will vary due to both seasonal and daily floral availability. Each design is bespoke and made to order, and will possess its own unique flair. 

2. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to suburbs within a 10km radius of our Chermside Studio. If you are outside that range, please give us a call on 0466 268 456 to see if we can accomodate this.

3. What if the recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery?

Our drivers will attempt to deliver the flowers to the intended recipient. If they are unavailable, we will leave the flowers at, or near, the door of the address provided, and send a text to the recipient letting them know the flowers are there. If it appears unsafe to leave the flowers there, we will contact the sender and or recipient to re-arrange delivery. In the instance a redelivery needs to occur there will be an additional MINIMUM charge of $15 per re-delivery. Either the sender or the recipient will be required to pay this amount to Esme Fleur before the redelivery will occur. Please help us by ensuring someone will be available to collect the flowers, the address you have provided is correct, or it is a safe delivery address. We want the beautiful flowers you have bought to be delivered as intended.

4. Can I order in advance for a particular day?

We offer our customers the ability to order our beautiful bouquets, gifts and plants in advance, to be delivered on the day of your choosing. Simply place an order online or give us a call on 0466 268 456, and make sure to select the day you wish to send the order.  Remember we only deliver on Monday’s and Thursday’s, we are open more hours during peak times such as Valentine’s and Mother’s Day.

5. My order is going to a Business/Hospital/Aged Care/School/Funeral, how does it work?

For business, hospital, aged care, school and funeral addresses, we will attempt to deliver to the specified details provided. It is however common that the flowers will be delivered to the front desk or reception and directed to the recipient from there. We are happy to deliver but cannot take responsibility if they do not collect or are not delivered from there. 

6. Can I request a delivery for a certain time?

Orders placed will arrive on their date between 11am and 6pm. If you need your order delivered by a certain time please call us on 0466 268 456 to discuss. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
