 Our Booking Process

  • Send us an enquiry here start the process. Include your wedding date, budget, venue & Pinterest moodboard/inspo photos. This form gives us all the information we need to get started!

  • Once you have submitted an enquiry, we will email you back within 1-3 business days. We will ask any questions/finalise details needed to create your personalised quote, as well as get an idea of your vision & specific floral needs. We can also organise a phone/video call to e-meet and discuss further!

  • We will provide you with a quote detailing the items requested and a visual mood board. We can discuss any changes you wish to make and amend accordingly, we are more than happy to answer any pricing questions!

  • Once we’ve sent your final quote, we will organise a client agreement for you to sign. This means we’re both on the same page and outlines all the details of your wedding. A 20% non-refundable deposit is due to secure your booking. Please note we will hold your date for no longer than 7 days - so if you love us, book us!

    5-7 weeks before your wedding date we will be in touch to check in, confirm and define your floral choices, quantities and logistics. Payments can be made in instalments and the final balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding date, so we can order all the flowers/materials needed from our suppliers.

  • The big day is here! Rest assured – we have it all covered. Depending on the timing and location, we’ll first deliver the bridal party flowers on our way to your venue/s to set up your reception/ceremony florals.

    We are just as excited as you are about your wedding florals and hope you and your guests adore them. After the wedding, please send us all your floral photographs & testimonial as we’d love to share them on social media/our website.
