We service all of Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Scenic Rim, Gold Coast & Northern NSW for weddings & events. Our minimum spend for wedding florals is $3500. Our minimum spend for event florals is $1000.

 The Booking Process

 
  • Don’t be shy! Send us an enquiry via the contact form on our website to start the process.

  • Once you have submitted an enquiry, we will email through a consultation form and all other relevant info. This will give us the information we need to create your personalised quote, as well as an idea of your vision & specific floral needs. We can also book you in for a complimentary phone 30 minute phone consult!

  • We will provide you with a quote detailing the items requested and some pricing guidance. We can discuss any changes you wish to make and amend accordingly, we are more than happy to answer any pricing questions and assist you in using your wedding/event flower budget wisely.

  • Once we’ve sent your final quote, we will also organise a client agreement for you to sign. This means we’re both on the same page and outlines all the details of your wedding. We will also send you a visual mood board with all the floral inspiration including your chosen colour palette and overall vibe.

    A 20% non-refundable deposit is due to secure your booking. 6-8 weeks before your wedding date we will be in touch to check in, confirm and redefine your floral choices, quantities and logistics. Payments can be made in instalments and the final balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding date, so we can order all the flowers needed from our quality suppliers. Once your deposit is received, your wedding date and florals are booked!

  • The big day is here! Rest assured – we have it all covered. Depending on the timing and location, we’ll first deliver the bridal party flowers on our way to your venue/s to set up your reception/ceremony florals.

    We are just as excited as you are about your wedding florals and hope you and your guests adore them! After the wedding, please send us all your floral photographs & testimonial as we’d love to share them on social media.
